Brand History

We thought when we started our own in 2005 with our own brand eyewear. And if we say so ourselves, we have done!

We worked hard and always listened to our customers. Always go the extra step to put us apart from the rest. Not too many rules, much sense. Empathize with the entrepreneur and understand what you are doing.

The result is a resounding network of independent opticians in the Netherlands and a sales network in more than 23 countries already "all over the world." They hunger for more, so we have again set new goals for the coming years. We will continue to stand with commercial, marketable collections. We remain approachable and easily accessible. As you are used to. So colorful, so distinctive. Sometimes so different, but above all: So Dutz!

Design: the design process takes place in the Netherlands in cooperation with young graduats from the renowned Design Academy in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Quality supervision: The quality of our products is supervised from our headoffice in the Netherlands. Dutz closely monitors the production process In South Korea (for metal frames) and China (for acetate frames) to ensure excellent quality and finish of the frames.
